Dalton Handley forms part of a decade long international alliance: a partner in Australia and three associate partners in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, each a business and market leader in their own market, enabling us to run multijurisdictional searches and provide clients with an international talent pool.

Founder, Dalton Handley
Twenty years recruiting BD, marketing, client and communications leaders for Australia’s top tier and mid tier firms, with more than 250 placements at tier one firms, and now distribution, investor relations and capital raising roles for private capital. Studied Economics at University College London and is a CAIA candidate. Began in investment banking search in London, then Ambition’s professional services team. At Ampersand he established and grew the national Professional Services practice, ran the Sydney Financial Services desk and was the firm’s highest performing consultant when he left to found Dalton Handley in 2013.
A former barrister with thirty years of experience, Frosso leads Anthem Consulting with Simone from a commanding position across the United Kingdom, with a team covering BD, client, marketing and communications roles into law, accounting, commercial property, consulting, tax and advisory. A founding Director since 2013, she spent seven years leading professional services marketing recruitment at Ambition.
With twenty five years of experience, Simone co founded Anthem Consulting and with Frosso holds a commanding position across the United Kingdom, with a team covering BD, client, marketing and communications roles into law, accounting, commercial property, consulting, tax and advisory. She leads senior manager to director level searches and the annual Anthem salary survey for the UK legal sector. Before Anthem she recruited professional services marketing and BD roles at Ambition.

A qualified lawyer, Andrew has lived in Hong Kong for more than twenty years, led business development for Clifford Chance across six Asian offices, and has run Greenlight Consulting since 2011, placing BD, marketing, communications and CRM people into law firms across Hong Kong and Singapore.
